Most likely, you have entered an incorrect OK PLUS membership number or password. Please ensure you are entering the right data. Your membership number can be found in all OK PLUS statements or in the e-mail we sent you when you enrolled in the programme.
If you fail to login, please enter your OK PLUS number and date of birth below. We will then send you an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you are still unable to log into your OK PLUS account after that, your profile has not been found or you have not received an e-mail with the instructions on how to reset your password, it is possible that we have not received your consent to the OK PLUS programme terms and conditions. In such a case, please contact the OK PLUS customer help line at: +420 239 007 500 or send us an e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our operators will be happy to assist with your OK PLUS account renewal and/or data update.
If there is no e-mail address attached to your OK PLUS account or the e-mail address previously submitted is outdated, please follow the same procedure.
