Who is the programme designed for?
The programme is dedicated to everyone, who flies with Czech Airlines and our partners from SkyTeam alliance. The membership can be set up from two years of age.
How does the programme work?
The basic principle of the programme is earning and redeeming of the miles. Programme members earn miles for most of the flights with Czech Airlines and our partners, which can subsequently use for the rewards. The programme is governed by the OK Plus Programme General Rules.
Where and how can I earn miles?
Miles can be earned for flights with Czech Airlines, for flights with partner airlines and for using services of our non-airline partners as well (hotels, car rentals, banks etc.). To have your miles credited automatically you only need to present your membership card at the time of reservation, check-in at the airport or using a partner services.
The number of miles you earn for flight is derived from actually flown distance in miles (a minimum number of miles is stated for short flights). These miles can be increased or decreased according to the type and price of the ticket you have purchased. Members generally earn from 375 to 2,000 miles for European flights, and it can be even about 10,000 miles on long-haul flights. On the other hand the cheapest tickets can be completely eliminated from crediting of miles.
How and for which rewards can I use miles?
Rewards in the programme can be ordered either, online, through OK Plus Service Centre telephone line, or at any Czech Airlines office. The programme offers you the following rewards:
- Bonus tickets to the most of the countries in the world in Economy or Business Class.
- Higher limits for baggage carriage.
- Access to airport lounges in Prague.
The cheapest reward in the programme is access to airport lounge which costs 5,000 miles. But you can get a bonus ticket from as little as 7,000 miles!
I fly really often, what benefits do I receive?
Members who will fly given number of miles or flight segments within one calendar year will receive OK Plus Silver, Gold or even Platinum Card with many above-standard benefits. The most interesting one is the possibility to get the Gourmet Menu with OK tickets purchased under FLEX packages . While the OK Plus Silver Card can be yours for as little as 15 flight segments.
You can for example take advantage of the following benefits with different membership statuses, when fullfill other conditions:
- Priority services: check-in, boarding, baggage unloading.
- Carriage of baggage over the limit of the ticket.
- Guaranteed reservation.
- Free access to airport lounges and others.
