I hereby voluntarily provide my personal data, namely my submitted e-mail address, name, surname, OK PLUS programme identification number, date of birth and address to České aerolinie a.s., Company Reg. No.: 45795908, with its registered office at K Letišti 1068/30, Ruzyně, 161 00 Praha 6 (“Czech Airlines”), in order to be able to receive commercial messages sent by the company. Czech Airlines is to assume the role of the administrator of the submitted personal data.

I am aware that Czech Airlines will process my personal data until I withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data for commercial communication purposes. Commercial messages thus sent may relate both to services and products of Czech Airlines and its co-operating partners. These include primarily but are not limited to airlines, car rental, hotels and payment card providers. The current list of co-operating partners is available here. Czech Airlines undertakes to not provide the personal data to its business partners and declares that the commercial messages will be sent exclusively by Czech Airlines.

If a commercial message is to contain a link to the Czech Airlines’ website, I am aware and agree that, in particular cases when visiting the website, my IP address may be processed. Czech Airlines’ website uses cookies and other tracking technologies.

I provide my consent to personal data processing for commercial purposes for a period of three (3) years. I further declare that I am aware that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent to personal data processing can be made under the “My Profile” folder after logging in to the OK PLUS programme via its website, www.okplus.cz, or via the internet link contained in each commercial communication delivered. Following the withdrawal, as a direct result, the personal data provided by me will no longer be processed by the administrator for commercial communication purposes.

The act of withdrawal of consent to personal data processing for commercial communication purposes in no way negates the rights and obligation pursuant to the OK PLUS membership agreement. Services and benefits connected with membership of the programme may continue to be enjoyed.
