The OK Plus Programme and all its components are governed by the following General Rules of the OK Plus Programme.

1. Introduction

  • 1.1 OK Plus is a frequent flyer programme (hereinafter “OK Plus”), operated by České aerolinie a.s., with its registered office at K letišti 1068/30, Ruzyně, 161 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 1662, Company Registration No.: 45795908 (hereinafter referred to as “Czech Airlines”), the purpose of which is to further improve the quality of the services provided by Czech Airlines and to enable the provision of special benefits to those passengers who use the air transport services of Czech Airlines regularly. Passengers who complete the OK Plus Programme Application Form (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) intend to enter into an agreement with Czech Airlines, such agreement being subject to these OK Plus Programme Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).

The act of activation of a personal account triggers the execution of a membership agreement between Czech Airlines and the OK Plus member. If a personal account is not activated within 48 hours, a new Application must be submitted.
  • 2.6 If multiple Applications are received from one person, only one Application may be accepted.
  • 2.7 Czech Airlines reserves the right to expel a member from the OK Plus Programme (or to not refuse their enrolment in the OK Plus Programme) if:
    • a) These Terms or the Terms of the OK Plus Partner programme (if the member is simultaneously a member of the OK Plus Partner programme) have been breached.

  • 2.9 As of the date of the membership termination or the member’s expulsion from the programme, any and all claims regarding Czech Airlines arising from their OK Plus membership shall cease to exist.

3. Earning Miles

  • 3.1 Miles are the standard unit used on OK Plus member accounts, representing the level of loyalty of a member. Miles are credited to a personal mile account maintained with Czech Airlines. An OK Plus member becomes entitled to have miles credited to their personal mile account upon the use of a Czech Airlines service or the use of services of OK Plus contractual partners. Miles are generally credited to the personal mile account within 14 days of the date of use of the service according to the previous sentence.
  • 3.2 The relevant number of miles in accordance with the OK Plus Terms is credited for the use of the services of Czech Airlines or OK Plus contractual partners. Earning miles for using the services of all OK Plus contractual partners is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant contractual partner. The number of miles credited corresponds to the OK Plus conditions applicable at the time of the flight or the use of the partner’s service.
  • 3.3 Ways of Collecting Miles:
    • a) For flown scheduled flights marked with the carrier code of Czech Airlines, or its Alliance Partners, provided the flights are operated by a SkyTeam Alliance air carrier
    • b) For flown scheduled flights marked with the carrier code of Czech Airlines, or a contractual airline partner of the OK Plus Programme (other than Alliance Partners), provided the flights are operated by the same partner airline or by Czech Airlines, unless stated otherwise
    • c) or flown scheduled flights marked with the carrier code of Czech Airlines performed on or after 21 February 2019 in cases where these flights are operated by Smartwings, a.s. (Company Reference No.: 25663135) on routes between the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation
    • d) For using the services of other OK Plus contractual partners than airlines
    • e) By way of transferring a limited number of miles from another loyalty programme of Czech Airlines or a non-airline OK Plus partner
    • f) By way of purchasing miles from Czech Airlines
    • g) By a transfer of a limited number of miles from an account of another OK Plus member
  • 3.4 For each flight, members are credited the number of miles corresponding to the distance between the airports of departure and arrival. A minimum of 500 miles are credited for each domestic flight, and 750 miles for each international flight (exceptions applied by some airlines are listed on the OK Plus website under the Airlines section); in certain booking categories, the number of miles may be increased or reduced depending on the tariff purchased. The distances in miles between individual airports, and the number of miles obtained for a flight in each booking class, are available upon request from the OK Plus Contact Centre. Czech Airlines may, for a limited period of time, make certain flights more attractive by crediting an additional number of miles, a so-called Promo Bonus. A fixed number of miles, depending on the type of service used, is credited for the use of the services of non-airline contractual partners.
  • 3.5 The validity of miles shall be limited by two conditions during the term of a person’s OK Plus membership:
    • The validity of each mile shall be limited to a maximum of 36 months from the date the member becomes eligible to earn the mile (the date of the flight, the date of use of a partner service, etc.). Should the miles not be used during the period, the miles automatically expire on the date of the last day of the month of the miles validity. Expired miles cannot be subsequently used.
    • The validity of all miles on an account expires, irrespective of the date of their crediting, no later than 36 months after the last scheduled OK flight operated by Czech Airlines was taken by the member (excluding Bonus tickets, ID and AD tickets). Should the miles not be used during the period, the miles automatically expire as of the date following the last day of the 36-month period from the last flight. A member receives a new 36-month period for mileage accrual from the date of the first credited segment post miles expiration in connection with the elapsed period of time from the last flight. Expired miles cannot be subsequently used.
  • There are the following exceptions to both conditions:
    • Validity of miles of OK Plus Silver, Gold and Platinum Card holders lasts for the entire period of validity of their Silver, Gold or Platinum Card.
    • Validity of miles of holders of selected CSA co-branded payment cards is extended by each month in which the card holders earn the set number of miles for payments with their cards. This exception is subject to the subsequent conditions as specified on the OK Plus Programme website under the Payment Cards section.
  • 3.6 The airport of departure and arrival, booking class, carrier, and flight date are based on the information specified on a valid ticket.
  • 3.7 Miles for flights flown and services used may only be credited if during OK Plus membership. New OK Plus members can be credited for Czech Airlines flights flown within the 3 months preceding the date on which they enrolled in the programme.
  • 3.8 Miles for each flight/service can only be credited once. If a flight/service is eligible for benefits under several marketing programmes, one flight/service may only be used in one programme, unless otherwise approved. Miles from another frequent flyer programme cannot be transferred to an OK Plus account.
  • 3.9 A relevant flight/service can be credited to only one OK Plus account – the account of the member who actually flew on the flight, or actually used the service of an OK Plus contractual partner.
  • 3.10 No miles are credited for charter flights.
  • 3.11 No miles or segments shall be granted for the use of bonus tickets, for AD and ID tickets, and for tickets that have the symbol NO FFP, NO MILEAGE ACCRUAL, or NO CREDIT stated in the endorsement box. Czech Airlines reserves the right to fully or partially exclude certain discounted tariffs from mile or segment eligibility. For more details, contact the OK Plus Service Centre.
  • 3.12 Czech Airlines reserves the right to remove at any time miles from an OK Plus member’s account for a flight/service not flown/used by the passenger, not eligible for miles accrual, eligible for a different number of miles than credited, or used by a member to receive miles into another programme.
  • 3.13 Uncredited miles claims must be supported with a ticket or a legible copy thereof (if an electronic ticket was used) and an E-Ticket itinerary, along with the original boarding pass. Uncredited miles for OK flights (carrier code 064 on the ticket) may be claimed online using the OK Plus web application. If such a claim is delivered in another way, a mileage fee may apply to the processing of each such claimed ticket. A request for uncredited miles for using the services of non-airline OK Plus partners must be substantiated with the relevant document (a hotel bill, a car hire contract, etc.). All claims must be delivered to the OK Plus Service Centre via the e-mail address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. according to sections 5.15 and 5.16 of these Terms.
  • 3.14 All documents submitted for the purpose of processing a claim automatically become the property of Czech Airlines, and shall not be returned even upon request.

4. Membership Cards (Types of Membership)

  • 4.1 A membership card is used to identify the member when using the services under the OK Plus membership.
  • 4.2 Membership card types are as follows: Member, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
  • 4.3 A Member card can be printed out in a paper form from the profile on the OK Plus website.
  • 4.4 A higher-tier membership card (membership type) is, in addition to the condition of earning the relevant number of miles required according to section 4.9 of these Terms, subject to the provision of additional personal data. The Czech Airlines Board of Directors may grant an exception to this rule.
  • 4.5 Each OK Plus member who earns the relevant number of SkyTeam Miles (miles earned on the flights of Czech Airlines and its SkyTeam Alliance Partners) or SkyTeam segments (on flights with Czech Airlines or its Alliance Partners) in the course of one calendar year, and who also earns the required number of OK segments within the same period (OK segments being such SkyTeam segments that are flown on OK flights operated by Czech Airlines), shall automatically obtain an OK Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card, which shall be valid for one year. An exact number of miles and segments required for obtaining each membership card can be found on the OK Plus website under the Cards section and in these Terms. Tickets purchased in selected booking classes may be partially or fully excluded from eligibility for having miles or segments credited on an OK Plus Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card.
  • 4.6 All OK Plus Membership Cards are non-transferable and are issued in the name of the personal mile account holder eligible for the given card.
  • 4.7 All benefits to which OK Plus Silver, Gold, and Platinum Card holders are entitled shall be governed by the operational conditions of the operating airline or the contractual partner providing benefits in cooperation with OK Plus.
  • 4.8 With every booking and check-in, the passenger must state their OK Plus account number, or present a printed paper membership card with Member status, or present their valid Silver, Gold, or Platinum OK Plus Card, if they intend to take advantage of the benefits offered to the holders of those cards. No benefits are provided on a provisional Temporary Card, with the exception of the earning of miles to an OK Plus account.
  • 4.9 Benefits are only provided to the holders of OK Plus membership cards upon the presentation of the relevant valid Silver, Gold, or Platinum Card.
  • 4.10 OK Plus membership cards are the property of Czech Airlines and must be returned to Czech Airlines upon request. Should a passenger present an invalid Silver, Gold, or Platinum OK Plus Card or one that belongs to someone else, or claim benefits under such a card that they are not entitled to use, such a card may be seized by Czech Airlines personnel or its contractual partner.
  • 4.11 Conditions to qualify for higher tier membership cards:
    • Silver:
      • 25,000 SkyTeam miles (at least 2 segments with Czech Airlines) or
      • 15 SkyTeam segments (at least 2 segments with Czech Airlines).
    • Gold:
      • 50,000 SkyTeam miles (at least 6 segments with Czech Airlines) or
      • 30 SkyTeam segments (at least 6 segments with Czech Airlines).
    • Platinum:
      • 100,000 SkyTeam miles (at least 10 segments with Czech Airlines) or
      • 70 SkyTeam segments (at least 10 segments with Czech Airlines).

5. Redeeming Miles and Czech Airlines Services

  • 5.1 OK Plus benefits include bonus tickets for flights operated by Czech Airlines, alliance partners and other partner airlines or other benefits. Benefits may be in the form of services provided by Czech Airlines or non-airline OK Plus partners.
  • 5.2 Rewards can be obtained for miles upon logging into the OK Plus web application, or upon verification of the account holder’s identity on the basis of a personal identification document or passport at a Czech Airlines office in Prague. The number of miles required to obtain a certain benefit is set out in the mileage tables available at www.okplus.cz. Czech Airlines reserves the right to change the number of miles required to obtain individual benefits at any time.
  • 5.3 Rewards may be used by the account holder or a person appointed by the account holder except rewards from OK Plus accounts to which miles have been transferred from the OK Plus Partner programme. Bonus tickets issued from these accounts can be used for private purposes only, and only in the name of the given OK Plus account holder. It is possible to issue a bonus ticket for another person only if the person is travelling together with the account holder, i.e. the tickets are issued within a single reservation (the same PNR). It is not possible to provide transport to the rest of the passengers in the reservation if the account holder has failed to travel. A refund on such bonus ticket of an OK Plus account holder also means a refund on the bonus tickets of accompanying persons. Changes in regard to such bonus tickets must be made to all tickets within a single reservation. Issuing a bonus ticket from an account to which miles have been transferred from the OK Plus Partner programme is always subject to an approval by the OK Plus Partner account holder from whose account the miles were transferred.
  • 5.4 All bonus tickets and other rewards presented as gifts must be authorised by the account holder, on the basis of the verification of a valid PIN for communication, or the account holder’s identity on the basis of a personal identification document or passport shown at a Czech Airlines office.
  • 5.5 A bonus ticket is usually valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Exact information is available at www.okplus.cz under the Redeem Your Miles section. Czech Airlines reserves the right to restrict the number of passengers with bonus tickets on certain flights. No bonus tickets are issued for certain flights. For further details, contact your Czech Airlines sales office.
  • 5.6 An Economy Class bonus ticket for Czech Airlines flights can be upgraded to Business Class subject to a fee. For further details, contact your Czech Airlines sales office, the OK Plus Service Centre, or ask at the check-in counter before the departure of your flight.
  • 5.7 In one trip on a return bonus ticket, one open-jaw shall be permitted, i.e. the airport of arrival at the final destination on the outbound trip need not be the same as the airport of departure on the inbound trip, so long as both are within one zone. One stopover shall be permitted with a bonus ticket. One-way bonus tickets support no stopovers or open-jaws . Bonus tickets for an Around the World Trip shall be governed by special Terms, which can be obtained from the OK Plus Service Centre. Detailed and current conditions on the issue, qualification, change and refund of bonus tickets shall be provided by the OK Plus Service Centre or can be found on the OK Plus website, under the Redeeming Your Miles/Bonus Tickets section.
  • 5.8 Benefits (primarily bonus tickets) are subject to all applicable departure taxes and other fees and taxes.
  • 5.9 Any taxes on the benefits obtained shall be paid by the person receiving them.
  • 5.10 Making a subsequent change in the flight date, flight number or routing within the same zone on an already issued bonus ticket is only permitted before the departure date and is subject to a fee. Any subsequent changes of the name on an already issued bonus ticket are not permitted; ticket validity extension is not permitted either. Unused bonus tickets can only be refunded before the departure date, subject to a fee. Miles will be credited back to the member account from which they were debited. The return of any other OK Plus reward will incur 5,000 miles being debited from the member’s account. The validity of miles used for the reward is not prolonged by refunding the reward. For more details and fees, visit www.okplus.cz the Redeem Your Miles section, or contact the OK Plus Service Centre.
  • 5.11 The provision of rewards and benefits by all OK Plus contractual partners shall, exclusively, be subject to the relevant partner’s terms and conditions.
  • 5.12 Should any doubt arise as to travelling on a bonus ticket, a passenger may be asked for a proof of their identity.
  • 5.13 The use of a benefit by a person not entitled to it under the OK Plus Terms shall cause the benefit to be withdrawn. Should an unauthorised person have already commenced a trip with a bonus ticket, all commenced as well as subsequent transport shall be provided at the expense of that person.
  • 5.14 Exact, detailed and current conditions governing the qualification, use and possible refund of rewards can be found at www.okplus.cz under the Redeem Your Miles section for the relevant reward, or shall be provided by the OK Plus Service Centre.
  • 5.15 OK Plus members are sent an electronic statement free of charge for review, containing information on the number of miles earned, on the total number of miles held, with information regarding the ways of redeeming earned miles and information regarding the OK Plus programme. Each OK Plus member shall receive an electronic statement the following month after a change in the number of miles occurs on their personal mile account. OK Plus members without changes in the number of miles on the personal mile account and, simultaneously, with balance on their personal mile accounts not equal to zero, shall receive an electronic statement free of charge every three months. If an OK Plus member ascertains an error, such member is entitled to contact the OK Plus Service Centre within 3 weeks of the date of receipt of the electronic statement. Any later complaints will not be accepted.
  • 5.16 If an OK Plus member ascertains an error in a manner other than via a received electronic statement, such member is entitled to submit a complaint within 12 months of the date on which they became eligible to receive miles to their personal mile account. However, if the OK Plus member could and should have ascertained an error in another manner (from a received electronic statement), the terms of the previous paragraph shall apply to the submission of a complaint.
